Tuition and Fees

The cost of NIU courses taken in the Rockford area under the RVC-NIU Partnership varies by degree program. The cost of tuition for fall 2004 and spring 2005 is $174.74/semester hour. Most courses are 3 semester hours. Students taking 1 to 6 hours will be assessed a technology fee of $50/semester and students taking 7 or more hours will be assessed $100/semester. In addition, a regional delivery fee of $40.00/ semester hour will be charged. Some courses carry additional fee requirements. Please check with the NIU Bursar's Office for the complete cost of your course(s).
